I have 2 Paula Deen cookbooks, y'all... everytime I make a PD dish, I cut down on the dairy ingredients, substituting whole for skim, etc. It usually works out pretty well and I don't feel like I'm going to die of a heart attack.
I love Paula Deen... she's my favorite celebrity chef.

Hobos would draw an oblong cat outside of her house which means that she is a "kindly hearted woman" in the Hobo language which was used to warn other Hobos of impending danger, or delightful handouts if they did chores or "talked religion".
