Imagine my surprise when I received a postcard from my ten month old niece today!

I was truly moved and touched by the heartfelt message she scrawled for me. I know you can't read her penmanship, but it just so happens I am fluent in baby.
*Ahem*
It reads...
My Dearest Aunt Molly,
How are you faring in the Windy City during these fickle days of Spring? So often I find myself staring out onto our veranda, overlooking our backyard in central Massachusetts, thinking of you and hoping you are well.
I so look forward to seeing you this June, weeks before I turn one year old. For now, I am but a girl of ten months. Perhaps you have seen the video my Mummy sent of me pushing a stool across the kitchen floor? Yes, I am a quick learner and will probably be walking on my own by the time we meet each other next. I can also raise my arms up when my Mummy and Daddy yell "touchdown!" - a delightful party trick I look forward to sharing once football season starts up again.
Well, my dear Aunt Molly I must cut my ramblings short for this is a postcard, after all. Shall we plan for tea in June? And perhaps a ride on these Swan Boats I've been hearing so much about? You or my Mummy will drive of course, again... I am but a girl of ten months and cannot be fitted for motorist gloves or goggles, nor can I see over the steering wheel or reach the pedals of a Model T. Is that what people are driving these days? Don't answer that.
Until June, Aunt Molly...
With Fond Regards and Baby Gurgles,
Your Loving Niece, Darcy
(Yes, I'm insane)

I got one too, but mine was a drawing of The Old Man in the Mountain.
Thank heavens you could translate!
And what beautiful musings from such a beautiful baby...
:)
